MAKING NUCLEAR REACTORS 100% SAFE  (disaster management)

Now go ahead and build any number of nuclear reactors. My design for 100% safety is so simple that you would wonder as to why at all, we had to suffer so many accidents and then not have a deterrent. The nuclear reactor sits on a network concrete structure which itself is the roof of a 1500ft round trench. On a burn out when the reactor goes out of control due to some reason, the explosives placed below goes off or is triggered to go off making the holding walls to collapse and taking the nuclear reactor down to the bottom of the trench. Further controlled explosions buries the reactor completely. If need be further cooling can be achieved by collapsing the side tunnels and letting in sea water. However this is not preferable, due to the obvious contamination of sea water and its consequent percolation.
